&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Se necesita:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;esterillas para liar los rollos&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;algas (por supuesto)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;arroz grano corto (como lo de paella)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;wasabi&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;vinagre blanco&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;pepino&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;salmon, atun y gambas&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;aguacate&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;sesamo&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;alguna fruta (mango por ejemplo)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;cream cheese&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;cebolletas&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; Cuando empezar a espesarse, quitar del fuego, y ponerlo sobre los biscochos con chocolate. Cebolla al Yogurt</title><content type='html'>Tentei uma variaçao da famosa couve.flor gratinada, com molho branco, ao forno.&lt;br /&gt;Mas como gosto de fazer experiencias, e estamos de dieta, saiu tudo ao reves e ficou uma delicia.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Refogar, com 1 fio de oleo:&lt;br /&gt;1 cebola cortada em tiras&lt;br /&gt;2 dentes de alho em pedaços&lt;br /&gt;umas 10 azeitonas picadas,&lt;br /&gt;ai juntar a couve flor, que se desfaz muito facil, entao acaba virando uma gororoba, hehehe...&lt;br /&gt;Acrescentar um minimo de agua, shoyo, sal, manjericao e pimenta a gosto. Homus con tomatito&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A ver...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;A.&lt;/span&gt; Queso manchego é tipico espanhol, mas tanto faz na verdade.&lt;br /&gt;Em geral queijos com o sabor nao tao forte combinam muito bem com coisas doces.&lt;br /&gt;Como tinhamos aquelas geleinhas de hotel, gastamos todas. Mas as melhores foram de Morango e Pessego, em cima da fatia de Quese Manchego.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;B.&lt;/span&gt; Queijo de Cabra é uma delicia, e desde que cheguei na Espanha, virei adicto a esto !!!&lt;br /&gt;Se ele for mais fresco, vem com uma casquinha e por dentro bem cremoso, como o Brie e Cia.&lt;br /&gt;Serve na salada, com sanduiches no George Formann, etc.&lt;br /&gt;Aqui servimos igual ao anterior com geleia, e tambem com ovas em cima. Ficou bem bom...&lt;br /&gt;Apesar qe descobri que nao gosto muito de ovas...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;C.&lt;/span&gt; Morcilla é beeem tipico espanhol. Tipo uma linguiça de sangue de porco, com mais uns troços estranhos no meio... prefiro nem saber muito senao nao como. Bom, esquentei a Morcilla, acrescentei 1 colher de maionesy e um pouco de creamcheese, ficando uma pasta. Servi sobre torradinhas e com uma rodela de azeitona por cima.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;D.&lt;/span&gt; Homus também virou minha especialidade aqui. Ainda mais depois que a Ana comprou um mixer. Facilita tanto a vida !!! Bom, homus é outra receita, mais tarde. Diluir bem, deixando a mistura homogenea, colocar a salsinha e o requeijão.
